De Koninklijke Belgische Bowling Federatie / Fédération Royale Belge de Bowling (KBBF-FRBB) hecht veel belang aan de bescherming van persoonsgegevens en de privacy van haar leden en gebruikers.
Dit privacybeleid legt uit welke persoonsgegevens in het kader van de MyBowling-app en MyBowling-website worden verwerkt, waarvoor deze gegevens worden gebruikt, hoe lang ze worden bewaard, met wie ze eventueel worden gedeeld en welke rechten u als gebruiker heeft.
De verwerking gebeurt overeenkomstig de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG/GDPR – Verordening (EU) 2016/679) en de toepasselijke Belgische wetgeving.
Geoffrey Frederickx verwerkt persoonsgegevens voor MyBowling in opdracht van de KBBF-FRBB en gebruikt deze gegevens niet voor eigen commerciële doeleinden.

5. Herkomst van de persoonsgegevens
De persoonsgegevens die in MyBowling worden weergegeven zijn hoofdzakelijk afkomstig uit de centrale database van de KBBF-FRBB. Accountgegevens, zoals e-mailadres en wachtwoord, worden door de gebruiker verstrekt bij het aanmaken van een MyBowling-account.
6. Doeleinden van de verwerking
Persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt om de functionaliteiten van MyBowling aan te bieden, waaronder authenticatie, het weergeven van leden-, licentie-, club-, team-, wedstrijd-, ranking- en inschrijvingsgegevens en het technisch beheren en beveiligen van MyBowling.
De gegevens worden niet gebruikt voor reclame, profilering of eigen commerciële doeleinden.
7. Rechtsgrond
Afhankelijk van de verwerking kan deze gebaseerd zijn op de uitvoering van een overeenkomst of dienstverlening, een gerechtvaardigd belang van de KBBF-FRBB, een wettelijke verplichting of toestemming van de betrokkene wanneer toestemming vereist is.
8. Publiek toegankelijke gegevens
Persoonlijke ledengegevens zijn niet publiek toegankelijk via MyBowling. Wedstrijdresultaten kunnen wel publiek toegankelijk zijn, waaronder naam, club of team, gespeelde wedstrijden, scores, gemiddelden, klassementen en rankings.
9. MyBowling-account
Een MyBowling-account kan niet worden aangemaakt via de KBBF-FRBB MyBowling App.
Een nieuw account kan uitsluitend worden aangemaakt via de MyBowling web-portal, waarbij de gebruiker zich registreert met een e-mailadres en wachtwoord.
Na het aanmaken van een account via de web-portal kan de gebruiker met deze accountgegevens aanmelden in de KBBF-FRBB MyBowling App.
De gebruiker kan zijn account momenteel niet rechtstreeks via de MyBowling App verwijderen. Een verzoek tot verwijdering kan worden gericht aan secretary@bowling.be.
Het verwijderen van een MyBowling-account betekent niet noodzakelijk dat alle persoonsgegevens uit de centrale KBBF-FRBB-database worden verwijderd. Historische wedstrijdresultaten en andere sporthistorische gegevens kunnen worden behouden wanneer daarvoor een geldige rechtsgrond bestaat.
10. Betalingen
MyBowling kan online betalingen aanbieden via Mollie. MyBowling bewaart geen volledige bank- of kredietkaartgegevens. Onder andere het Mollie Payment ID, bedrag, datum, betaalstatus en een referentie naar de verrichting kunnen worden bewaard.
Betalingsgegevens worden maximaal 3 jaar bewaard, tenzij een langere bewaring wettelijk vereist is.
11. Hosting
Voor de technische hosting van MyBowling wordt gebruikgemaakt van de externe hostingprovider Hostingpartner. Voor zover deze dienstverlener toegang heeft of kan hebben tot persoonsgegevens, gebeurt dit uitsluitend voor hosting, beveiliging, onderhoud en technische ondersteuning.
12. Cookies
MyBowling gebruikt uitsluitend cookies die noodzakelijk zijn voor de correcte technische werking van de website, bijvoorbeeld voor sessiebeheer, authenticatie, beveiliging en noodzakelijke gebruikersinstellingen. Er worden geen trackingcookies of advertentiecookies gebruikt.
13. Analytics en tracking
MyBowling maakt geen gebruik van advertentietracking of gebruikersprofilering.
14. Minderjarigen
MyBowling kan worden gebruikt door minderjarige leden. Wanneer een verwerking voor een online dienst juridisch gebaseerd is op toestemming, kan een minderjarige in België vanaf 13 jaar zelf toestemming geven. Voor kinderen jonger dan 13 jaar is, wanneer toestemming de rechtsgrond is, toestemming of machtiging van een ouder of wettelijke vertegenwoordiger vereist.
15. Bewaartermijnen
betalingsgegevens: maximaal 3 jaar;
technische logs: maximaal 1 jaar;
e-mails: maximaal 1 jaar.
Leden- en licentiegegevens blijven opgenomen in de centrale database van de KBBF-FRBB overeenkomstig het beleid van de federatie. Wedstrijdresultaten en relevante sporthistorische gegevens kunnen langer worden bewaard wanneer daarvoor een geldige rechtsgrond bestaat.
16. Beveiliging
De KBBF-FRBB en de technische dienstverleners van MyBowling nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen tegen ongeoorloofde toegang, verlies, misbruik, wijziging, openbaarmaking of vernietiging van persoonsgegevens.
17. Delen van persoonsgegevens
Persoonsgegevens worden niet verkocht aan derden. Ze kunnen uitsluitend worden gedeeld wanneer dit noodzakelijk is voor de werking van MyBowling, de activiteiten van de KBBF-FRBB, betalingen, wettelijke verplichtingen of een andere geldige rechtsgrond.
18. Rechten van de gebruiker
Afhankelijk van de omstandigheden heeft u het recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking van verwerking, bezwaar, gegevensoverdraagbaarheid en intrekking van toestemming.
Deze rechten zijn niet absoluut. De KBBF-FRBB kan bepaalde gegevens blijven bewaren wanneer dit wettelijk vereist of gerechtvaardigd is.
19. Privacyverzoeken
Privacyverzoeken kunnen worden gericht aan secretary@bowling.be. Om misbruik te voorkomen kan de KBBF-FRBB vragen om voldoende informatie om de identiteit van de aanvrager te controleren.
20. Klachten
U kunt een klacht indienen bij de Belgische Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données (GBA/APD), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel.
21. Wijzigingen
De KBBF-FRBB kan dit privacybeleid wijzigen wanneer de werking van MyBowling, de verwerking van persoonsgegevens of de toepasselijke wetgeving verandert. De meest recente versie wordt via MyBowling beschikbaar gesteld.

5. Origine des données
Les données affichées dans MyBowling proviennent principalement de la base de données centrale de la KBBF-FRBB. Les données de compte, telles que l'adresse e-mail et le mot de passe, sont fournies par l'utilisateur lors de la création de son compte.
6. Finalités du traitement
Les données sont traitées afin de fournir les fonctionnalités de MyBowling, notamment l'authentification, l'affichage des données de membre, de licence, de club, d'équipe, de compétition, de classement et d'inscription, ainsi que la gestion technique et la sécurisation de MyBowling.
Les données ne sont pas utilisées à des fins publicitaires, de profilage ou à des fins commerciales propres.
7. Base juridique
Selon le traitement concerné, celui-ci peut reposer sur l'exécution d'un contrat ou d'un service, l'intérêt légitime de la KBBF-FRBB, une obligation légale ou le consentement de la personne concernée lorsque celui-ci est requis.
8. Données accessibles au public
Les données personnelles des membres ne sont pas accessibles au public via MyBowling. Les résultats des compétitions peuvent toutefois être publics, notamment le nom, le club ou l'équipe, les matchs joués, les scores, les moyennes, les classements et les rankings.
9. Compte MyBowling
Il n'est pas possible de créer un compte via l'application KBBF-FRBB MyBowling.
Un nouveau compte peut uniquement être créé via le portail web MyBowling, où l'utilisateur s'inscrit à l'aide d'une adresse e-mail et d'un mot de passe.
Après la création du compte via le portail web, l'utilisateur peut utiliser ces identifiants pour se connecter à l'application KBBF-FRBB MyBowling.
L'utilisateur ne peut actuellement pas supprimer directement son compte via l'application MyBowling. Une demande de suppression peut être envoyée à secretary@bowling.be.
La suppression d'un compte MyBowling n'implique pas nécessairement la suppression de toutes les données à caractère personnel de la base de données centrale de la KBBF-FRBB. Les résultats historiques des compétitions et autres données relatives à l'historique sportif peuvent être conservés lorsqu'une base juridique valable le permet.
10. Paiements
MyBowling peut proposer des paiements en ligne via Mollie. MyBowling ne conserve pas les données bancaires complètes ni les numéros de carte de crédit. Le Mollie Payment ID, le montant, la date, le statut du paiement et une référence à l'opération peuvent notamment être conservés.
Les données de paiement sont conservées pendant maximum 3 ans, sauf obligation légale imposant une durée plus longue.
11. Hébergement
L'hébergement technique de MyBowling est assuré par le prestataire externe Hostingpartner. Dans la mesure où ce prestataire peut avoir accès à des données personnelles, cet accès est limité aux besoins d'hébergement, de sécurité, de maintenance et de support technique.
12. Cookies
MyBowling utilise uniquement des cookies nécessaires au bon fonctionnement technique du site, par exemple pour la gestion de session, l'authentification, la sécurité et les paramètres nécessaires de l'utilisateur. Aucun cookie publicitaire ou de suivi n'est utilisé.
13. Analyse et suivi
MyBowling n'utilise pas de suivi publicitaire ni de profilage des utilisateurs.
14. Mineurs
MyBowling peut être utilisé par des membres mineurs. Lorsqu'un traitement relatif à un service en ligne repose juridiquement sur le consentement, un mineur en Belgique peut consentir lui-même à partir de 13 ans. Pour les enfants de moins de 13 ans, lorsque le consentement constitue la base juridique, l'autorisation d'un parent ou représentant légal est requise.

Les données de membre et de licence restent enregistrées dans la base de données centrale de la KBBF-FRBB conformément à la politique de la fédération. Les résultats et données historiques sportives pertinentes peuvent être conservés plus longtemps lorsqu'une base juridique valable le permet.
16. Sécurité
La KBBF-FRBB et les prestataires techniques de MyBowling prennent des mesures techniques et organisationnelles appropriées pour protéger les données contre l'accès non autorisé, la perte, l'utilisation abusive, la modification, la divulgation ou la destruction.
17. Partage des données
Les données personnelles ne sont pas vendues à des tiers. Elles ne peuvent être partagées que lorsque cela est nécessaire au fonctionnement de MyBowling, aux activités de la KBBF-FRBB, aux paiements, au respect d'une obligation légale ou sur la base d'une autre justification juridique valable.
18. Vos droits
Selon les circonstances, vous disposez notamment d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement, de limitation, d'opposition, de portabilité et du droit de retirer votre consentement.
Ces droits ne sont pas absolus. Certaines données peuvent continuer à être conservées lorsqu'une obligation légale ou une justification valable l'exige.
19. Demandes relatives à la vie privée
Les demandes peuvent être envoyées à secretary@bowling.be. Afin d'éviter les abus, la KBBF-FRBB peut demander des informations suffisantes pour vérifier l'identité du demandeur.
20. Réclamations

21. Modifications
La KBBF-FRBB peut modifier cette politique lorsque le fonctionnement de MyBowling, le traitement des données ou la législation applicable évolue. La version la plus récente sera mise à disposition via MyBowling.

Personal data are processed to provide MyBowling functionality, including authentication, displaying membership, licence, club, team, competition, ranking and registration information, and the technical management and security of MyBowling.
The data are not used for advertising, profiling or the developer's own commercial purposes.
7. Legal basis
Depending on the processing activity, processing may be based on the performance of a contract or service, KBBF-FRBB's legitimate interests, a legal obligation or the user's consent where consent is required.
8. Publicly available information
Personal membership information is not publicly available through MyBowling. Competition results may be publicly available, including the player's name, club or team, matches played, scores, averages, standings and rankings.
9. MyBowling account
It is not possible to create an account through the KBBF-FRBB MyBowling App.
A new account can only be created through the MyBowling web portal, where the user registers using an email address and password.
Once an account has been created through the web portal, the user can use these credentials to sign in to the KBBF-FRBB MyBowling App.
Users cannot currently delete their account directly through the MyBowling App. A deletion request can be sent to secretary@bowling.be.
Deleting a MyBowling account does not necessarily mean that all personal data will be removed from the central KBBF-FRBB database. Historical competition results and other sporting history may be retained where there is a valid legal basis.
10. Payments
MyBowling may offer online payments through Mollie. MyBowling does not store full bank or credit card information. Information such as the Mollie Payment ID, amount, date, payment status and a reference to the relevant transaction may be stored.
Payment data are retained for a maximum of 3 years unless a longer retention period is legally required.
11. Hosting
MyBowling is technically hosted by the external hosting provider Hostingpartner. Where this provider has or may have access to personal data, such access is limited to hosting, security, maintenance and technical support.
12. Cookies
MyBowling only uses cookies that are necessary for the proper technical operation of the website, for example session management, authentication, security and required user preferences. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
13. Analytics and tracking
MyBowling does not use advertising tracking or user profiling.
14. Minors
MyBowling may be used by members who are minors. Where processing for an online service is legally based on consent, a minor in Belgium may provide their own consent from the age of 13. For children under 13, where consent is the legal basis, consent or authorisation from a parent or legal guardian is required.

Membership and licence information remain recorded in the central KBBF-FRBB database in accordance with the federation's policy. Competition results and relevant historical sporting information may be retained for longer where a valid legal basis exists.

KBBF-FRBB and MyBowling's technical service providers take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
17. Sharing personal data
Personal data are not sold to third parties. They may only be shared where necessary for the operation of MyBowling, KBBF-FRBB activities, payments, compliance with legal obligations or another valid legal basis.
18. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability and withdraw consent.
These rights are not absolute. KBBF-FRBB may retain certain information where retention is legally required or otherwise justified.
19. Privacy requests
Privacy requests can be sent to secretary@bowling.be. To prevent misuse, KBBF-FRBB may request sufficient information to verify the identity of the person making the request.
20. Complaints

21. Changes to this policy
KBBF-FRBB may update this privacy policy when MyBowling functionality, personal data processing or applicable legislation changes. The most recent version will be made available through MyBowling.
